At the start of the round, triggers one effect for 1 round based on the most common type of incantation in the Spelldock:
Attack incantation: all allies gain DMG Dealt +20%
Buff incantation: all allies gain Critical Rate +20%
Debuff incantation: all enemies suffer DMG Dealt -15%

Critical Rate +10% when the caster enters battle.

Right after casting an Ultimate, gain Moxie +1 if the attack scored a critical hit.
