Overview
Flutterpage is a character that buff Follow-up attack (FuA) characters through the
[Gust]
effect.
[Gust]
can be gained by:- Other allies actions (active or FuA) will grant 1 stack last 3 rounds.
- Casting [Knock, Knock]will grant 2 stacks last 3 rounds.
- 10 stacks of [Gust]last 2 rounds when entering battle when updated to Insight 3
At the beginning of each round, based on the stacks of
[Gust]
Flutterpage has, she will grant a
[Force Field]
that benefits all allies and the added Reality DMG is considered dealt by Flutterpage herself:- Up to 5 stacks or more: gain [Paper Parade].
- Up to 15 stacks or more: gain [Wave of Sheets].
- Up to 25 stacks or more: gain [Adieu, Mother Earth].
To maintain
[Force Field]
level 3, it is recommended to make allies do extra actions 2-3 times per round.Flutterpage has 8 Eureka in total.
[Force Field]
at level 2 and above doesn’t need to consume Eureka and still benefits all allies but will lose some DMG.With Insight 3, when Flutterpage attacks will grant 2 Eureka to self.
When in Ultimate channeling, Flutterpage will recover all Eureka at the start of each round.
[Cotton Kite]
is a skill that grant a
[Continuous Action I]
effect for 1 round, which takes effect in the following round.So prioritize to use this skill to gain Moxie and
[Gust]
stacks for Flutterpage.
[Continuous Action I]
effect is not stackable so don’t use it twice in a round and don’t combine them to 2 or 3 stars as it only increases Reality DMG.Ultimate skill

will recover all Eureka and convert all incantations into

Operate / Rotation
- Always use [Cotton Kite]when it is in Spelldock, but only 1 per round.
- Use [A Dream That Never Grows Old]ultimate to enter channeling status.
- [Knock, Knock]is not prioritized, only use when you need to gain Moxie to Ultimate.
Cast to gain Moxie enough to Ultimate. Prioritize

Cast Ultimate to enter channeling status for 3 rounds, can cast
[Cotton Kite]
