Lopera is a character that can buff DMG and healing allies with her mechanism.
With Insight 1, Lopera will gain Moxie +1 and recover (Missing HP x50%) HP to the ally with the lowest HP percentage when an attack triggers a [Bullet] effect.
- This effect will trigger even when Lopera use her first skill or do the Follow up Attack: [Bull's Eye][Double Backups] when in channeling status.
