For the Ultimate

- After applying [Burn], for each stacks exceeds 30, the DMG will be increased by 10%.
- The exceed [Burn] stacks will only be calculated based on the chosen target, so choose the enemy with the highest [Burn] stacks to maximize the DMG Bonus.

Operate / Rotation
